SDVD3mm Quick Dryer

Introduction

Adopted the technology of “Three Dimension drying with wind penetration”(Hot air penetrate coal sample), drying efficiency is much higher than conventional drying (Please refer to the table comparison below).
Note: According to GB GBT474-2008(Standard method for coal sample preparation): The thickness of coal sample should not over 1.5 times of the top size or surface loading 1g/ Cubic centimeter
, the thicker of the two.

Feature

1 Drying temperature is adjustable (Ambient temperature~ 60℃), drying temperature, drying time can be self-defined, completeness and representativeness is exactly according to related standards.

One unit controls several units, each unit is independent for operation.

After sample drying, samples can start air conditioning automatically in the dryer and after that being pulverized directly, human interference is minimized and it’s more convenient for operation.
