Introduction:

Bilon-2008 Model LT Ultrasonic Extractor is new type of chemical reacting device, which is adopting modern ultrasonic technology combined with LT thermostatic system as its physical method. It’s mainly composed of high-power (HP) ultrasonic generator, heater, refrigerant compressor, temperature measure and control system, stirrer, etc. Ultrasonic is sonic wave which frequency is higher than 20,000Hz. It is able to cause severe rub and heat dissipation, so as to produce all sorts of primary and secondary ultrasonic effect, such as ultrasonic heating effect, chemical effect, cavitations’ effect, and other physical effects, etc. Because of its “cavitations’ effect” can cause the change of activity in reacting system, instant high-temperature and high-voltage (HTHP) can be produced and enough to initiate chemical reacting, form local high-energy center, promote the Chemical reacting. This is the main element of ultrasonic catalytic chemical reacting. Ultrasonic secondary effects such as mechanical oscillation, emulsification, diffusion, and crushing, etc, are all benefit for fully mixture of reactant. In that sense, it is more effective than the average phase transfer catalysis and mechanical stirring, so ultrasonic technology is gradually used in the laboratory as a physical catalysis method.
