Introduction:

The TC2000 thermal flow meter thermal conductivity meter is based on the steady-state heat transfer principle and adopts the protection heat flow meter method.

Can accurately measure thermal conductivity of insulation materials, polymers, multilayer materials, porous materials, pastes, powders and other materials.

Features:

1. One-dimensional heat transfer: There is a protective hot plate above and around the main hot plate. Through the temperature control, it can effectively prevent the heat loss and horizontal heat.

The heat flow is lost, thereby forming a one-dimensional heat flow along the main hot plate - the sample - the cold plate.

2. Automatic pressurization: Minimize the thermal contact resistance while ensuring that the test piece is not damaged.

3. Automatic thickness measurement: The embedded scale measures thickness to avoid introducing large errors due to manual operations.

4. Accurate temperature control: The cold plate adopts self-developed high-precision circulating bath for temperature control, with high speed and high precision, and the optimal value can reach ±0.015°C.

5.Intelligent software: The software is developed independently and has realized automatic temperature control, automatic data processing, etc.

Test; both thermal conductivity and thermal resistance results can be obtained at the same time.
