working principle :

    MC-2000C-type coating thickness gauge using electromagnetic induction method to measure the thickness of the coating. The probe located on the surface of the part produces a closed magnetic circuit that changes in varying degrees as the distance between the probe and the ferromagnetic material changes causing the reluctance and inductance of the probe coil to change. With this principle can accurately measure the distance between the probe and ferromagnetic materials, coating thickness.
