Brief introduction

Tap density is one of the important indicators of the quality of the powder . Tap density measurement , refers to an amount of powder into the container , the vibration under certain conditions until the volume of the powder container, no reduction in the volume of the powder read , then the weight of the powder divided by the volume of tap density is obtained .

JZ-1 Powder vibration maximum density detector by a precision variable speed motor , stainless steel guide frame and other components , solid structure is reasonable, simple , test data managed by the computer . Instrument has three work stations, which can test the three samples .

Technical principle: tap density refers to the powder filled in the container in a predetermined condition is the density after tapping . JZ-1 -type tap densitometer meet the national standard GB / T 5162-2006/ISO3953: 1993, with reference to the United States Pharmacopoeia , European Pharmacopoeia standard works.
Test time: measured 1 per 5 to 60 minutes , the timer can be adjusted by the microcomputer .
