The instrument uses a light column and a digital tube to directly display the leak rate, and the appropriate leak rate unit can be selected as needed (the instrument has given four common units Pa•m3/S, Torr•L/S, mbAR•l/s, atm• Cc / s), the reading is convenient, the instrument has an audible alarm device, the alarm point can be arbitrarily set, and is convenient to use. This instrument is suitable for sneezing method (vacuum leak detection method), suction method (pressure leak detection method) and back pressure method for leak detection of various parts in factory workshops and laboratories.
