Introduction:

GC-9560-EG helium ionization gas chromatograph for electric gase is suitable for the detection of trace impurities in the gases used in electronic industry, such as high purity ammonia, carbon tetrafluoride, sulfur hexafluoride, nitrogen trifluoride, silane and etc. This instrument is equipped with high sensitive pulsed discharge helium ionization detector(PDHID), adopting the patented heart-cutting and back-flushing technology owned by Huaai Chromatography, configured with injection switching valve with purging protective gas circuit and imported helium purifier, able to complete by one time the detection of common impurities or other special impurities such as H2,O2(Ar),N2, CH4, CO, CO2 and etc.
