Introduction
MD1000 is amicro-volume UV spectrophotometer specifically designed for the measurement ofnucleic acids and purified proteins. Its unique technology holds 0.5-2.5 ulsamples between upper and lower measurement surfaces without the use of acuvette. The MD1000 measures the samples in less than 2 seconds with a highdegree of accuracy and reproducibility. It was used for below :
