Brief introduction

RS2100 portable surface contamination meter is mainly used for measurement of alpha and beta surface contamination, widely used for places as may be contaminated and must be monitored. For example: nuclear power plant, nuclear waste treatment plant, be removed or retired nuclear facilities, radioactive waste processing factory, hospital, research and application of various environments, surface contamination monitoring on the walls, floor, table, hands, feet, clothes or other items.

Surface contamination monitoring purpose is: to prevent the spread of radioactive contamination, check the radioactive pollution control is effective or is a violation of operation rules, the surface pollution limits in certain region and certain level, to prevent pollution diffusion and workers exposed to excessive radiation.
