 Electrode preservation 

 Polishing, ultrasonic process is completed, in room temperature dry to avoid light environment 

preservation. If you need to use ultrasound for further processing of the electrode , the following 

points should be noted

(a) It is not appropriate to place the electrode directly on the bottom of the washer , to avoid too strong ultrasonic electrode damage ;
(b) PTFE-coated electrode should avoid the use of hot cleaning liquid ;
(c) PEEK- coated electrode should avoid the use of strong acid -type cleaning solution ( refer to the corrosion resistance of the PEEK material ) ;
(d) ultrasonic time should not be too long, generally less than 30s ;

(e) the container with the solutionshould be kept clean.
