black fused alumina for polishing and sandblasting

Black corundum abrasive basic particle concentration, cutting force, toughness, flexibility, wear resistance, high efficiency. It is mainly used for polishing and sandblasting stainless steel, metal products, optical glass, bamboo and wood products.

It has the characteristics of moderate hardness, toughness, self-sharpening, good adhesion and durability. When grinding the heat is small, not easy to scratch the surface of the work piece,  not easy to cause the work piece surface discoloration, processing the work piece surface smoothness, color difference is very small.

Application:

1. Sand of each specification section is especially suitable for wear-resisting and skidproof materials of expressway, airport runway, bridge pavement, etc., and for wear-resisting and skidproof floor materials.

2. It is used for grinding and polishing metal workpieces, especially for polishing stainless steel workpieces, optical glass, wood and other materials, and is also widely used to make resin abrasive tools, sand belt coated abrasive tools.

3. It is mainly used for free grinding, such as polishing the front and bottom of metal parts before electroplating and aluminum products, and is suitable for polishing bicycles, motorcycles, sewing machines, clock parts, lighting, plastics and hardware tools.
