Introduction and Application:

GYXTW single-armored cables feature central loose tube wrapped with a layer of PSP longitudinally, excellent crush-resistant performance. Between the PSP and the loose tube water-blocking material is applied to keep the cable compact and watertight. Two parallel steel wires are placed at the two sides of the steel tape, to ensure tensile strength. The cable is completed with a single polyethylene (PE) sheath. It's suitable for installation in aerial or duct environment for communication between bureaus, metropolitan network, access network and is especially suitable for the situation where high-density fibers is expected.

GYTA/S single-armored cables feature stranded loose tube filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire, sometimes sheathed with polyethylene (PE) for cable with high fiber count, locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core, which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Then, the cable is completed with a PE sheath. It's suitable for installation for long haul communication and LANs, especially suitable for the situation of high requirements of moisture resistance.

GYFTY non-armored stranded loose tube cable features FRP as the central member, ensuring the resistance to electromagnetic interference. High strength loose tube is hydrolysis resistant and the tube filling compound ensures a critical protection of the fiber. The water-blocking material between a single polyethylene (PE) jacket and the loose tube is applied to keep the cable compact and watertight. It is suitable for aerial and duct installation, especially operating in electrical system or frequently lighting areas.

GYTA53 uses metal strength member as central strength member to provide excellent strain performance of the cable. Double-jacket structure provide the cable nice properties of moisture resistance and crush resistance. Double armor structure provides cable good property of rodent-resistance. High strength loose tube is hydrolysis resistant. A layer of water-blocking material is applied around the cable core to prevent water ingress. It can be used for duct and direct buried application, suitable for harsh environments.

ADSS The fibers are positioned into a loose tube made of high modulus plastics. Filled with a water-blocking filling compound, the tube is stranded around FRP as a non-metallic central strength member into compact and circular cable core. Then covered with thin PE (polyethylene) inner sheath and a layer of aramid yarn, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath. ADSS cables are ideal for outside plant aerial applications, the lightweight cable and all-dielectric construction allow cost-effective and safe installation in high voltage overhead power lines.
