 What is Pre galvanized round steel pipe?

The pre-galvanizedwelded steel pipe refers to welded tube which undergo degreasing,rush removal,phosphorization,zand drying processes before galvanization.

The treatments before galvanization allow the product to be conveniently plated with a zinc coating,and also ensure uniform coating thickness,strong coating adhesion,and improved corrosion resistance.

The per-galvanized welded pipes are widely used in heat,water,and natural gas supply systems,agricultural greenhouse construction,steel structureconstruction,as well as low and medium pressure piping system.

 Which Specification of pre galvanized round pipe can we offer?

This pre galvanized steel pipeshall be manufactured from pre-galvanized steel conforming to ASTM A53. The coated steel shall be cold formed and welded into tube utilizing the high frequency induction welding process capable of forming a weldbead stronger than the parent metal. The outside coating damaged during welding shall be repaired by metallizing (spraying molten zinc wire). The inside weld area damaged during welding shall be left unprotected.

RAW Materials-Hot dipped galvanized steel strips:

The zinc coatingon the steel sheet shall conform to ASTM A525 Grade G60 and G120. The exterior and interior surface shall have a combined zinc weight ranging from 0.60 oz/sq ft (or 0.45 oz/sq ft each side) to 1.20 oz/sq ft (or 0.60 oz/sq ft each side). These coating weights do not apply to the inside welded area.
