Product: three-layer coating corrosion 3PE steel pipe

seamless or welded steel liner pipe with 3 layers of polyethylene

Structure of the pipe:

the first layer of epoxy powder FBE > 100 umn,

the second layer of adhesive AD170 + 250um,

the third layer of PE 1.810 3.7mm.

Three kinds of materials are merged into one excellent anticorrosive coating. (φ 30mm- φ 1020mm) Because of its good anticorrosion, low water absorption and high mechanical strength, it has been widely used in buried water, gas and oil pipeline.

OD:89 mm-1820 mm,

WT:6 mm-20 mm.

Steel Grade: ASTM A106B,A36,SAE1020,SAE1045, grade X42-X80, etc.

Application: widely used in oil pipeline, natural gas pipeline, heating pipeline, water supply pipeline.

Characteristics:

1. Long life, the pipe has the highest molecular weight, good stability and aging resistance, under the normal working temperature and pressure, the life can be guaranteed more than 50 years.

2, corrosion resistant polyethylene molecular structure stability is very high, resistance to natural gas, liquefied gas, artificial gas and other chemical corrosion. 

3, high-toughness, its elongation at break over 500. 

4, excellent impact resistance and low embrittlement temperature, which can be safely used in the range of -60 ℃ ~ 60 ℃, and has a very strong adaptability to uneven settlement of pipe base even in winter construction.

5. The flow resistance ,it has a smooth inner surface and its Manning coefficient is 0.009 which ensures that the pipe has higher transport capacity than the traditional pipe, and at the same time reduces the pressure loss and water energy consumption of the pipe.

A:Normally it's 1x20ft.It can be arranged flexiblely.

3. Q:What's your payment term?
A:We prefer by T/T,generally 30% in advance and balance at sight of B/L copy.
