Brief Introduction:

Organic fertilizer mainly refers to the biological fertilizer produced by raw material of fresh chicken manure, pig manure etc. and does not contain any chemical ingredients. The organic fertilizer is high humidity and viscousity and stinky. But it is rich of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, Protein and other ingredients. Through drying, deodorizing and palleting by ZJN drying machine, these organic fertilizer can be used as medium for planting mushrooms, as well as green compound fertilizer for farmland to improve the soil and provide adequate nutrition for crops.

Our drying machine particularly set three drums, materials directly get in touch with hot air. Equipped with automatic conveying, feeding, discharging device. Wet material and high temperature hot air together into the first level drum which with the largest space and special rotating rake device. Wet sticky organic fertilizer drop through the rotary rake device, instantly broken into small pieces, fully contact with the hot air, the surface will dry immediately, thus preventing from re-bonding. Driven by hot air and drum ratation, the organic fertilizer flow to the end of the drum, and folded back, reciprocating through the ring channel in drums and reaching to the discharger when meeting requests. Each type of cylinder is equipped with different angles and distances material boards, which will guarante the organic fertilizer moves along the spiral movement in the drum and maintain adequate residence time and sufficient dispersion. Therefore, material is sufficiently hot exchanged with the hot air. Organic fertilizer dryer also equipped with deodorant, dust removal device to ensure that the air and environment clean.

Drum rotary speed, feeding volume, air volume can all be adjusted according to process conditions and requirements. It is stable and high operability and controllability. Long drying process, low exhaust gas temperature, high heat utilization, material drying completely and uniform, to achieve a truly high efficiency and energy saving.

Working Principle ：

(1).Putting the hot air and material into the first stage of drying equipment. There is a “Rotary Hollow Rolling Broken Device” in this stage, which breaks the material into scattered and “boiling suspended” state. With the hot air, the material will be keeping rolling, rotation and separation, and its surface will be dry, which can effectively prevent particles from clustering again. Thus the important transformation “high humid —→ not humid, high sticky —→ not sticky, high viscous to not viscous” is completed. With the function of Material Raising System, the material will be continuously threw and raised. The entire drying room will be filled by a complete material “curtain”, which can make the material abundantly and evenly contact with hot air, thus increasing the heat utilization and evaporation intensity.

(2). With the effect of special Material Feeding and Raising System, the scattered material being discharged in the first stage will be sent to the second stage cylinder. However, water vapor produced in first stage is automatically discharged at the end of first dryer. The second stage cylinder adopts “Counter-Flow and Vortex Drying Technique”. It means the material being transported in reverse direction with fresh hot air flow. It can increase the turbulence intensity and the drying efficiency. At the same time, the heat diffusion is also fastened, then the water will be speed out. Thus the evaporation also speed up. Water vapor is discharged at the end of the second dryer. However, the material is automatically sent into the third dryer under the action of specific material pushing board.

(3).The third cylinder adopts ”Inter-flow plus Reciprocating Drying Technique. Under the action of hot air and material pushing board, the wet material moves slowly and reciprocating, while the dry material moves in advance and fast. Material will be discharged automatically when they are dry enough as request.
