1.Question: What's your factory address ? May I visit your factory ? 

Our factory is located in Yiwu city ,zhejiang province . Near with Ningbo , Shanghai ,Hangzhou  , about 2 hours by bus or train . 

2.Question : When I get my products,is there anything else I should pay particular attention to ?

Once every two months , need to clear the filter ; When use it , Handle with care ;Pay more attention to waterproof .

3.Question :Can I buy the sample to check the quality ?

We will be happy to send the samples for your testing evaluation .

4.Do you have every compressors test record ?

We will inspect products three times before shipment , and every pump parameters have the test records , we will keep these test records to our quality traceability system about 3-5 years.

Test items : workmanship ,Air flow , power , pressure , current , noise , vibration , temperature , and durability etc .

5.What’s the compressor life ?

Answer : ”Quality is our culture “, our compressor with long life (20000 hours ) & high quality ( stable air flow , import spare parts , high workmanship etc ) , We make main spare parts by ourselves , so we can control the quality very well .

6. What’s your warranty ?

We guarantee two years quality . It's means that if the compressor have any problems within 2 years , we will send you new one or send free spare parts for your replace .

7.Question : How many years about your factory ?May I visit your factory ?

Answer :Our factory has more than 15 years production experience . We make compressor main spare parts by ourselves (include the motor), so we can control the compressor quality very well

8.Question: Can you produce products same/ similar with mine?

We have professional and experienced R & D team, can be better serve for customers to achieve high-end customization and development. We accept the ODM and OEM .
