VSSJA-2(B2F) type Double flange limit expansion joint

      Double flange limit telescopic joint is made up of body, sealing ring, gland, extension pipe and other main parts. On the basis of the original performance of loose-sleeve expansion joint, a limit device is added, and the maximum expansion is locked by double nuts. The pipe can freely expand and contract in the allowable amount, once exceed the limit of its maximum expansion and contract amount, ensure the safe operation of the pipe, especially suitable for the connection in the pipe with vibration or certain inclination and turning.

      Double flange limit telescopic joint is suitable for connecting with the flange on both sides. When installing, adjust the connecting length between the two ends of the product and the flange, tighten the gland bolt on the diagonal in turn and adjust the limit nut, so that the pipe can be freely telescopic within the telescopic range, lock the telescopic amount and ensure the safe operation of the pipe. It is applicable to the pipeline connected with the flange on both sides. Adjust the installation length of both ends of the product and the flange during installation, tighten the gland bolt evenly on the diagonal to make it into a whole with a certain amount of displacement, which is convenient to adjust according to the site size during installation and maintenance. During operation, the reverse axial thrust can be transmitted to the whole pipe. It can reduce the pressure and thrust (blind force) of the connected piece and compensate the installation error of the pipe. Double flange power connection is mainly used for loose sleeve connection of pumps, valves and other accessories.
