Rotary vane pump is mainly composed of the pump body, rotor, rotary vane, end cover, spring, etc. Installing a rotor in rotary vane pump cavity, the outer circumference of the rotor is tangent to the inner surface of the pump chamber, the rotor slot inner is fitted with two rotary vanes with springs. When it is
rotating, centrifugal force and the spring tension makes the top of rotary vane keep contact with the pump
chamber wall, the rotating rotor drives the rotary vane to slide along the inner wall of the pump cavity.

1. The 2XZ series rotary vane vacuum pump belongs to a two-stage direct connection structure rotary vane vacuum pump, which can be used for drying, sealing the container and other ancillary pumping air or net vacuum equipment.
2. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, low noise, convenient for using and more.
3. The 2XZ series Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump cannot be used as the compression type delivery pump.
4. 2XZ series rotary vane vacuum pump can be used independently, which also can be as a booster pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump, and titanium pump's pre-pump. Also used as electronic devices produce, vacuum drying, filtration, welding, metal smelting, etc.
