When rotor is added into the suspension liquid or emulsion, it will be rotated at the same speed with rotor, and separate under centrifuge machine force. Generally, the higher of rotor speed, the better of separation effect. Centrifuge use centrifugal sedimentation principle to separate, concentrate or purify cells(particle) in different density.

Q: Can I operate the centrifuge machine if less than 24 tubes on the TG16G round rotor?
A: Yes, but the centrifuge machine tube must be symmetry or balanced placed.
