Characteristics of red mud settlement
      The sedimentation and separation of red mud is an extremely complicated physical and chemical process. Bayer digestion pulp is a suspension formed by red mud and sodium aluminate solution. Due to the complex physical and chemical interaction between red mud particles and solution, the phase composition, particle size distribution, surface morphology of red mud particles, solid content, liquid phase composition and red mud slurry are made up of red mud particles. The temperature of liquid has obvious effect on the precipitation and separation process of red mud.
      If proper flocculants can be selected, the application of flocculant technology can greatly improve the solid-liquid separation speed and reduce the size of separation equipment. The mechanism of macromolecule flocculant is to induce effective agglomeration between red mud particles by bridging adsorption and neutralizing adsorption charge on the surface, and to form "big particles" so that the sedimentation speed is greatly accelerated. Different leached pulps have poor settling performance. It is necessary to select suitable macromolecule flocculant through experimental study, so as to achieve efficient separation of red mud.

Application of Anionic Polyacrylamide Flocculant:
1. 1% of the alkali solution is allocated.

3. Put the diluted flocculant in storage tank for 30 minutes to dissolve the product fully and improve the use effect.

Storage and transportation:
