Product Brief:
SP series shear pump is a mixing device based on HPC series centrifugal pump. The series of pumps use rotors and stators instead of impellers in HPC centrifugal pumps to homogenize the product. The maximum operating speed is 38m/s, and the gap between shear teeth is normally between 0.3mm~0.4mm. This combination of precision greatly improves the shear effect, so that the materials can be better homogenized. Because of the decent shearing ability, the products will not suffer stratification.
