Open Hole Surface Data Acquisition System

The ST9000 ground data acquisition system is fully compatible with ATLAS's ECLIPS-5700 logging ground data acquisition system. The operating system, cabling, modules, and boards are interchangeable with the original equipment.

1.Ground system hardware mainly consists of system power supply and backup power supply, AC and DC power supply for downhole instruments, transmission of commands to the remote transmission subsystem of downhole instruments, coupling of downhole instrument logging signals, data collection from downhole, logging control and data calculation and the host part of the input and output management.

2.The equipment can realize real-time logging data acquisition, controlling and processing characterized by multi-parameter acquisition and multi-task time-sharing.

3.Provide regular and imaged maps and recorded data to customers.

4.It can complete the on-site communication transmission of wellbore coring, perforation and logging data and the preliminary analysis and processing of on-site logging data.

Features:

1.The data record of the system includes the original signal of the instrument, the scaled engineering value and the processed data. Since the original signal of the instrument is recorded, the log data can be reprocessed with different parameters when the scale error occurs.

2.The scale value and the check value can all be displayed. It is confirmed by the operator that the over-range value will flash and cause the operator's attention.

3.The multi-window display of the energy spectrum obtained by the nuclear logging instrument and the waveform obtained by the acoustic instrument can be used. By controlling these windows, the user can display both raw data and processed data for the operator to control the quality of real-time logging data.

4.Repeat curves can be displayed in real time on the main logging curve to verify the repeatability of the curve.

5.Draw a cross plot in real time so that the operator can verify the correctness of the log response based on the expected model.

6.Real-time environmental correction to eliminate the subjective assessment component of the operator during logging quality control.

7.Real-time similarity correction to verify the integrity of the acoustic waveform data.

8.Simplify the data acquisition and processing process by adopting high-end computer technology and redundant design, shortening the on-site working time and ensuring the reliability of the system.
