Product Description

High oil yield rice bran oil degrease project

Craft flow for rice bran pretreatment workshop

Rice bran → magnetic box → cleaning → puffing machine → plate dryer → to extraction workshop

Main Equipments:

1.Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity in the rice bran. In order to avoid the harmful to the following machines, the iron impurity need be moved first.

2.Cleaning: There are many different imputities in the rice bran, such as small stone, earth, straw and so on. They are not only broken the machine, but also effect the quality of final oil.

3.Puffing machine: The size of rice bran is very small, so it's not easy to press it.We will puff it and make it to small pellet. Then it will absorb more solvent in the solvent extraction section. The more oil will be extracted out.

4.Plate dryer: The water content of the extractor must be about 10%, so the dryer is used to adjust the water content in this step.

Main Equipments of rice bran pretreatment workshop:

1). Rice bran: It’s the shell and embryo of the rice. The oil content in the rice bran is about 18-22%. The rice mill can supply the rice bran.

2). Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the rice brain. Since in the process of puffing, the iron impurity will be harmful to the screw of extrusion machine, affect the puffing effect.

3). Separator: Removing the chaff and broken rice in the rice bran, in case of they will influence the oil yield and the desolventizing of wet meal in the next process.

4). Quenching and Tempering: It is the process of preheating so that to improve the temperature of the rice bran before puffing.

5). Bulking machine: This machine can make the rice bran becoming porous columnar structure from the original pulverized state. This is good for the oil extraction part and improve the oil yield.

6). Drying: The moisture of rice bran comes from the bulking machine is too big and the temperature is too high for direct extract, so the rice brain are usually dried and cooled by plat dryer.

Rice Bran Pretreatment plant

Introduction of oilseeds pretreatment machine:

Pretreatment and prepressing section is a very important section before extraction. It will directly affect extraction effect. The set of pretreatment and prepressing equipment includes cleaning, dehulling, separating, drying, crushing, softening, germ pressing, steaming, roasting and prepressing sections and so on.

1. Cleaning

1).According to different particle size between oilseeds and impurities,remove big and small impurities from oilseeds with vibrating screen.

2). Stones removal. According to different specific gravity and suspended velocity between oilseeds and stones, stones fall down and oilseeds suspend under the action of air flow to separate stones from oilseeds.

3). Magnetic selection. It uses magnet to remove metal impurities from oilseeds. Strong and uniform magnetism attract metals automaically and remove metals to prevent oilseeds carrying stones away, attracted metals by permanent magnet fall down automatically when metals reach non-magnetic area.

4). Remove impurities whose size is similiar to oilseeds according to different mechanical performance between oilseeds and clods, crush clods and then separate them through screen selection or wind selection.

2. Husking Adopt wind selection and screen selection methods to separate husks from kernels.

3. Crushing Before flaking, crush big oilseeds into smaller pieces to increase superficial area, beneficial for transfering softening temperature and moisture, improve softening efficiency.

4. Softening Adjust moisture and temperature of oilseeds to improve their plastivity and reach required flaking condition.

5. Flaking Roll oilseeds from pellets to thin flakes through mechanical method.

6.Cooking Steam and cook green-pressing to cooked flakes through moist, heating, steaming and cooking to break the cellular structure so as to improve pressing oil yield and improve quality of oil and cake or meal.

7.Pre-pressing For oilseeds with high oil content, it needs pre-pressing to press part of oil firstly and then extract residual oil in cake through solvent extraction method. Raw materials of oil pretreatment equipment involved: soybean, peanut, rapeseed, cottonseed, sunflower seeds, palm nuts, linseed, tea seed, corn embryo, rice bran, oil seeds, etc.

1.Neutralizing: This pot is used to degum and deacidify.

2.Decolorizing (bleaching) : The function of this part is to move the color of the oil.The color of the oil can be controlled by yourself.

3.Deodorizing: This is the part to move the odor of oil.

4.Dewaxing: This is the special part for rice bran oil. Because rice bran oil includes much wax, we must move the out.
