With compressed air, it atomizes water into corpuscular which are uniformly applied on to the surface of the whitened rice grains. `The new type polishing chamber designed to work with cold air and under negative pressure increase the chance of friction action between rice grains as well as rice grains and screens, featuring better polishing effect, less percentage of broken and lower rice temperature. `The water controlling system can take samples of the signal of working electric current and analyze them so as to enable the automatic control of dampening, feed cut-off and dampening stop due to overload. `Electromotor inside, safety-use, simplified operation, install conveniently, stable working and higher degree of intelligent performance.
