1 ton per day mini small vegetable cooking coconut soya peanut sunflower palm mustard crude Cooking Oil Refining Equipment Process Flow : 

For refining the oil, here are the main processes in the oil refinery:
1. First process is neutralizing the oil in the neutralizer to remove the Free Fatty Acids (FFA) by adding caustic soda. Oil is heated up to about 60°C by thermal oil and oil is stirred by stirrer. Then soapstock formed due to chemical reaction is allowed to settle at the bottom of the neutralizer from where it is taken out into soapstock pan.
2. After taking out the soapstock, we will wash the oil by putting hot water and stirring. and setting, heating, to approach dehydration of the oil.
3.Neutralized oil is drawn into the third vessel called bleaching tank where color of oil is removed by bleaching process with aid of chemicals such as carbon black and bleaching earth. Stirring is also continued. The process is finished under vacuum.
4. Bleached oil then goes to the filter press where bleaching earth is separated and clean bleached oil is then drawn to deodorizer and then live steam is given to the oil from the bottom steam nozzles and temperature of oil is raised up to 240°C to 260°C through heat conduction oil. Entire process is done under high vacuum. Thus bad smell is removed from the oil in the deodorizer.
5.The thermal oil furnace, Vacuum Pump, Catchalls, Steam Generator etc. Play their role in the refining process. So these equipments are part of the oil refinery and connected with the vessels through pipelines.
6. All the above processing vessels will be heated by thermal oil. We equip the plant with a thermal oil furnace, which is heated by coal or charcoal. There are also diesel heated or electric heated thermal oil furnace. The thermal oil will heat the tanks thought pipelines.
