Pe plastic basket 1000kg/h recycle line

Brief introduction：
1. climbing conveyor belt: the basket transported to the crusher
2. Crusher: crush the material into 30mm pieces
3. Feed hoist: Raise the broken pieces to the rinse tank
4. Deep water separation tank: the bottle on the rinse separation, pe material salvage machine salvaged out, the small hoist will sink at the end of the miscellaneous materials, impurities separated
5. Horizontal drying machine: dehydration of pe film
6. Secondary crusher: crush the pieces into 12mm pieces
7. Pick up the hoist: pick up the package

Packing

We send the machine picture which you order . then packing it with standard export wooden box after you confirm machine is ok .
Different machines package will different . we supply standard export wooden box ,carton box package . if big machine and production line machine it will be loaded in the container directly 

Delivery

1.Delivery by sea :After delivery it to seaport . will tell you the shipping time and addrive time . Finally , send all origin documents to you by Express for free .
2.Delivery by Express to your door (DHL/TNT/Fedex/UPS etc ) or by air to your city airport .Will tell you the Express tracking number
3.Delivery to the warehouse which you reques . Will tell you
logistic or express tracking number
