Principle

The fresh leaves continuously advance while being heated by a drum that is heated and rotated in the stove, while absorbing heat and evaporating water. Using the step

1>Connect the power supply/device standby

After the equipment is checked and everything is normal, connect the power cord and the device enters the standby state.

2>Set parameters / temperature speed

On the control panel, start the power switch and set the parameters such as temperature/speed.

3>Connecting gas cylinder / ignition heating

Connect the gas cylinder, turn on the gas cylinder switch, the ignition will hit the automatic position, the gas exhaust will burn, and the inner drum will start to heat.

4> Temperature reached / cast leaf fried

When heating to a temperature close to the set temperature, the leaves can be placed and the frying is started.

5>Complete completion / unloading tea

After the completion of the killing, press the roller to unload the tea, close the cylinder, and the drum will idle to reduce the temperature to 60 ° when the equipment automatically stops.
