 Working principle:

The fodder processing machine is using hot air as heat medium to dry the pellet.it's internal mainly consists of Air intake ventilation section and Angular ventilation box.Outside the Angular ventilation box, it's full of the pellet ,the pellet flow from top to bottom,Hot air from the air intake ventilation section to downward direction across the pellet layer, and exhaust through the exhaust Angle shape box. The hot air flow and pellet flow.Hot air through the pellet layer, and heat and moisture transfer with the pellet, hot air heat will be transferred to the pellet, then heat the pellet, the moisture evaporates into the air, exhaust gas discharge. Then the dried and hot pellet flow down to the tempering section ,the tempering section make pellet of inside and outside layer temperature and moisture into balance,achieve homogeneous precipitation. And then the pellet enters the cooling section, after the cooling, the temperature of the pellet will cool down to the storage temperature,and then come out the machine.
