Brief introduction

Our energysaving environmental continuous carbonization furnace can producecharcoal powder continuously by burning the combustible gas from the gasifier stove,also the stove is with filting system to remove smoke.It has the marked features of energy-saving.environmental-friendly and high efficiency.

This continuous carbonization stove is mainly used for carbonizing sawdust, rice husk,groundnut shell, plants straw, tree bark and grinded coconut shell. Size should be less than 15mm. This machine can get charcoal and feed raw material at the same time, it is

continuous.

The complete machine includes:

1> It is Gasifier Equipment. It can produce gas by heating sawdust or wood wastes.

     It will produce gas for heating the carbonization stove;

2> It is the Dust Removal. After the sawdust burning, it has much dust in the gas. This

     dust removal will remove the dust by the recycling-water;

3> It is the Gas Cleaning. Some not-burning gas will soluble in water, you will get clean

     gas for heating, also will not pollute the environment;

4> It is the Auto-feeding Conveyor. It will transport the raw material to the carbonization

     stove. The feeding speed is adjustable according to your raw material moisture.

5> It is the Carbonization Stove. It can carbonize the raw material to charcoal directly.

     The capacity for charcoal can be 100kg/h, 150kg/h, 200kg/h and 300kg/h.

6> It is Cooling and Discharging Conveyor. It will cool the charcoal when discharging.

     When the charcoal comes out, the temperature will be about 20-30 degree.

Technical parameters

Working principle :

 A.drying stage

from the start of ignition to the furnace temperature up to 160 °C, when the moisture contained rod mechanisms rely mainly on external heat and the heat generated by the combustion itself is evaporated . The chemical composition of rod mechanism hardly changed . 

B.the initial stage of carbonization this phase depends mainly on the rod 's own combustion heat, the furnace temperature to rise to between 160 ~ 280 °C . In this case, a thermal decomposition reaction wood , the composition began to change . Wherein the composition is unstable , such as hemicellulose decomposition of CO2, CO , and a small amount of acetic acid and other substances.

C. This phase full carbonization temperature of 300 ~ 650 °C. In this stage , the wood material is thermally decomposed rapidly , while generating a large number of acetic acid , methanol and wood tar and other liquid products . Also produced methane, ethylene and other flammable gases , the combustion of combustible gas in the furnace . Thermal decomposition and combustion gases generated a lot of heat, the furnace temperature rises , carbonized wood into carbon at high temperatures .

NOTE: To calcination temperature charcoal, in addition to the three stages , we have to increase the heat , so that carbonization furnace temperature continues to rise to 800 °C ~ 1000 °C or so, so that we can release any remaining volatiles in charcoal , charcoal improve the carbon content , increasing the carbon graphite structure , conductivity enhancement
