First you need our coal crusher to crush the coal into powder material.

Structure and operating principle:

The honeycomb coal forming machine is simple in structure and comprises five parts, such as a valve body, a drive, a feed, a punching, a conveying and the like.

1.Body parts:by the pressure plate, the engine base composition, forming a skeleton entity.

2.Drive parts:composed of motor, belt pulley, gear, transmission shaft, etc.The motor causes the gear shaft to rotate through a belt pulley and pass through two gears to the shaft, which is then composed of a pair of bevel gears and an axis.Rotate to drive the dial and then pass the movement to the four panels.

3.Feeding part:composed by main shaft, Hopper, agitator, axial gear mixer, hit Coal machine and loading mode barrel.
