1. General Introduction of Cement/Coal / Lime/Clay Rotary Drum Dryer

The Cement/Coal / Lime/Clay Rotary Drum Dryer is a kind of drying equipment, which is widely

 used in many industries like metallurgy, building and construction, chemical engineering,

coal washing, chemical fertilizer, mineral, sand, clay, kaoline, sugar and other industries,

with features of stable running, large elasticity operation, well-adapted, and big handling

ability. This kind of machine is also suitable for the drying of alfalfa, crop stalks,

 wood sawdust, wood shavings, Chinese herbal medicines, and many kinds of other materials.

 The thermal efficiency can reach to 80%, which is higher than other kinds of dryers.

Main Features

The inner wall is made by wear resistant manganese plate which is 3-4 times stronger than ordinary steel;

- If the materials initial moisture is15%, the final moisture can be 0.5-1% or less, which is suitable for drying slag powder of

 cement plant or dry mortar production line;

- The thermal efficiency is 40% which is higher than the traditional single rotary drum dryer;

- The fuel can use anthracite, bituminous coal, coal, oil and gas. The dryer can dry 20-40mm blocks, pellets ,and powder

materials;

- Easy for installation. The occupied area is 60% less than the traditional single rotary drum dryer which required lower

construction investment,;

- No air leaking out from the dryer which is completely solve the sealing difficulty;

- The material discharge temperature is ≤60 °C, and the dried material can be stored without shed cooling;

- The temperature of outer cylinder is ≤60 °C, the temperature of exhaust gas is <120°C, which extend the usage life of

dust collector bag 2 times or longer;

- The energy consumption is 40% lower than traditional single rotary drum dryer.

Production process of rotary dryer machine:

The materials enter the inner layer of the drum dryer machine from the feeding device to

realize the

cocurrent drying material; the materials are lifted repeatedly in the inner layer by the

lifting blade and

scatter in spiral type to conduct heat exchange in the rotary dryer machine and the

materials move to the

other end to enter the middle layer, achieving countercurrent drying. The materials in the

 middle layer of

 the drum dryer machine are constantly lifted, which not only makes the materials in the

middle layer fully absorb the heat of the inner drum, but also absorb the heat of the middle

roller and prolong the drying

time of rotary dryer machine, helping the materials to achieve the optimal dry state.

 After moving to the

other end of the middle layer of the drum dryer machine the materials fall to the outside

 layer. In the

outer layer, the materials move in the way of rectangular multi-loop to make the materials


that have

reached the drying effect be discharged out of the rotary dryer machine in the role of the

hot air, while

those wet materials that do not reach the drying effect can not move quickly because of

the weight,

but be dried in the rectangle lifting blade, thus completing the purpose of drying.
