Working principle:

When the dry powder mixer works, the material in the mixer is driven by two spiral belts rotating in opposite directions. The spiral belts rotate counterclockwise along the inner wall of the mixer. On the one hand, the material is turned left and right, the weightlessness area is formed at the intersection and overlap of the two spiral belts. The shape, size and density of the material can make the material in the instantaneous weightlessness state, which makes the material in the machine trough form an omni-directional continuous cyclic turnover, interlacing and mixing each other, so as to achieve rapid mixing uniform effect.
