2. working principle of egg washing machine

1. connecting :

Soft water inlet pipe one end connect the submersible pump water outlet, the other end connect the top of egg washing tube of the machine, and aslo insert the soft water pipt end in the tube directly. and submersible pump can only be start when in water.

2. water box:

There is a warer box under the machine egg outlet. there is a soft water outlet pipe connect with the water box. teh water in box will flow into a bucket which you should prepare yourself.

3. preparations:

A. selectg out damaged eggs

B. Soak eggs into water for around 30minutes, then put them into machine

C. Aligned the egg inlet conveyor with the machine egg inlet

D. Then satr the machine with the pump at the same time. when machine working, then put the eggs into machine continuously.
