* The distance between knife tip and bowl can be 1.0-1.5mm, which guarantees the best result of chopping & mixing.

* Key parts such as Knives, Bearings, Frequency convertors, PLC, HMI and Electric elements remain world-top quality.

3. Q: Can the machine be washed down?

     A: Yes, you can wash the machine by water.But please pay attentions that don't wash the electric parts. And shut off the power before washing.

4.  Q: If we need your technical service, how do you solve?

      A:If the machine works failure, please contact me first. Email me and send picture or video to show the problems. I will give customer solutions. If that still doesn't work, we will send technician to customer site for machine check. (Maintenance and repair)
