The testing machine is designed according to the standard requirements of GB4943.1-2011 (Appendix U) and IEC60851-3 (5). Panasonic PLC is used to control the operation of stepping motor, and the PLC display terminal is used for parameter setting and panel operation. The bending tension test of various winding conductors is carried out. The equipment is menu operation, and can be set step by step for two main test parameters (rotation speed, number of rotations), and it has the function of power-off memory.
