Waste plastic granulator mainly for PP, PE plastic film (PP/PE film, PP/PE plastic bags, PE plastic film mulching films shed, PP woven bag bag tons of cement bags, PP nonwoven) cleaned to granulation , make plastic granularis appearance, the pellet full, even and without porosity, suitable for all kinds of waste plastic regeneration granulation recycling...... The whole line can be controlled automatically ,the parameters can be set on the touch screen.

1)Bottle label removing machine

  It is used to peel off labels and caps of bottles, the pre-treatment of bottles before crushing, washing and drying (include PET bottles, PE PP PVC bottles). 

The labels on bottles can be removed up to 95% (include paper labels),and caps of bottles will be removed up to 90%. The bottles are fed into the top of the machine, and discharged from the bottom.

2) Crushing and washing machine

Adopting removable blades which can be separately removed and sharpened after getting blunt; 

Suitable for smashing all kinds of soft,hard and formed plastics, then wash the flashes of the materials.

3) Washing tank

It’s used to wash the flashes for the second time.
