5.The sand will fall to Isolation warehouse on the bottom and don't cause pollution again. The debris and worms on the water will be collected by net.

6.And the brush roller can clean the thread let, hair and so on. Then the cleaned vegetable and fruit will be doing spray cleaning again.

The mesh belt dryer is a kind of drying equipment that through electrical heating, steam heating and natural gas heating in taking advantage of steel mesh as transmission band to carry materials for continuous drying. Directly deliver the suppressed finished product ball to table conveyor through conveyor, evenly distribute the finished product ball in dryer through scraper blade located in the upper point of table conveyor in order to increase air permeability of ball and achieve drying.

Gas/conduction oil/electric 3-layer drying oven is used to roast all kind of the puffed food ,pet food, textured vegetarian protein,peanut,melon seeds,jujube and other dried fruit.

Consist of: the machine structure ,burning system, electrical heating device, drive system, hot wind circulation device, heat preservation device and electric/gas control system.

The principle: gas/conduction oil/electrical heating system supply the heat to dry and roast the food on conveyor, the hot wind circulation system can take the hot wind everywhere in the machine to ensure the temp. always the same.
