PVC coated canvas fabric is produed by coating machine which composited  PVC  paste on polyester fiber substrate by roller coating ,then it is heated by temperature regulating device and pressed on the tarpaulin  accurately ,rolling to be finished producted afterward.

♦ Material Detail :  100% polyester woven fabric,  pvc laminated/coated on both sides

♦ Yarn count:   1000D,500D

♦ Woven density:  2*2  9*9 ,14*14 ,18*12 ,18*18 , 20*20 ,30*30 etc.

♦ Color : any colours avaliable .

♦ Weight :   300gsm-1200gsm

♦ Roll Width :  1.5-3.2m without joint.

♦ Length :  normal is 50m, or as client's request

♦ Ready made products:

         3*4m,4*6m,6*8m,8*10m or 12*12ft,14*14ft, 18*18ft etc., 

         custom made large size and special style.
