Product Description
Quenching crane is a special lifting equipment used for the metal heat treatment vertical quenching process, lift large parts or slender parts quickly immersed in quenching liquid. Quenching cranes are mainly used for quenching process with cooling medium such as salt water, water and mineral oil.
According to the quenching process requirements, hot work pieces need to quickly immersed in the quenching pool, in order to ensure uniform upper and lower metallographic structure of the workpiece, and to avoid the oil burning of oil surface burning. The most notable feature of quenching crane is the lifting mechanism has a rapid decline, accurate positioning and brake.
Weihua quenching cranes are design for vertical well quenching process, with rapid descent and emergency release function in accident.
