The rotating ball screws of this lathe's XYZ axis are all adopt with C3 level double nut preloaded ball screws which is provided by professional manufacturers in Taiwan. The bearings on both ends of the ball screws are all adopt with the imported, P4 level, and 60 ° contact angle combined of ball screw bearing. The three axis ball screws are all pre-stretching, which can ensure the high rigidity of transmission and reliable of the accuracy.

The lathe's guides of three directions are the overloading roller guides, which can ensure the dynamic response of the lathe, and it can also overcome the problems on the guideway of hardened rail machine, which has high friction and the resulting crawling problems.
