In terms of lubrication, it adopts the Germany special lubricating oil of bearing, which greatly reduces the thermal deformation of spindle unit and improves the thermal stability and accuracy. The torque in the process of chipping is greatly increased too. It uses spindle unit which is high speed, high precision, and high rigidity. The bearing capacity of axial and radial is very strong, the top speed can reach to 6000 RPM (optional A2-5), and the standard is 4000 RPM .

5)It uses a reliable device which is automatic and centralized to lubricate. It can lubricate automatically and intermittently to all lubrication points of CNC lathe. And it can settle lubricating time according to operating conditions.
