• Usage

This series of machine could be used in high accuracy, multi processes machining, with slant bed and hydraulic chuck, hydraulic 12 station turret, hydraulic tailstock, fully protection guard. It could install milling power head on the turret for realize turning and milling combination processing. That lead to finish the whole processing steps after one time clamping.

• Design feature

This series of machine design has benefited from our extensive manufacturing experience in CNC horizontal lathes, and advanced modular design philosophy. The design of these machines benefits from such processes as finite element analysis to intelligently configure the structure of the spindle, bed, saddle, and tail-stock, etc. This greatly increases the rigidity of the machine, improving its stability during heavy cutting. Also the functions of the C and Y axes are fully taken into consideration during the structural design process, and are therefore fully integrated into the structure of the machine, which means that the 3rd and 4th axes are fully incorporated functions of the machine, and not merely add-on concepts.
