1) Base, slide, worktable, column, spindle box and etc. major infrastructure articles all adopt hi-rigid cast iron structure, which could ensure high rigidity, anti-bending and shock-absorbing performance for basic parts; infrastructure articles adopts resin sand and experience aging treatment to make sure machine accuracy & stability during the long-term operation, which provides guarantee for machine reliable performance.

4) X, Y, Z have three guideways, ball screws all adopt closed shield; maintain clean ball screw & guideways, and make sure the accuracy of machine transmission and motion.
