1,CKX5l12 is single column CNC vertical turning and milling composite lathe is our new R & D product. Mature technology, reliable performance, one-time clamping can finish turning, milling, boring, drilling, tapping and reaming processes.

With grinding wheel can grinding, with angle milling head can finish side process.

2,Main spindle radial direction adopts high precision biserial cylindrical roller bearing to centering, and adopts high accuracy large thrust ball bearing as rolling guide, it also can adopts crossed roller bearing.

3,Worktable have indexing function, when C axis feed drive can eliminate gear transmission interval, make C axis positional accuracy can reach ±5 second of arc.

4,Milling head use electric spindle structure, equipped on the lower of ram, adopts water-cooling method to make the electric spindle long time running homoiothermism, ensure the milling head high running speed, low noise, big torque and fine stability.

5,Adopt Siemens 840D sl system, this lathe can select auto-tool changer. And it have separate hydraulic pressure station and refrigerating machine.

6,Vertical tool post horizontal movement adopts linear guideway structure.

7,Vertical column, cross beam guideway all use high-frequency quenching, and the quenching hardness is HRC48-55.
