Structural features

Construction

1. Post: the post of double-wall structure with high width and sufficient rigidity can be re-ground

2. Grinding wheel axis: the cylindrical modular grinding wheel axis with exrea-precise radial thust bearing has large torque, good resistance against formation and grinding, permanent lubricating seals for no need of maintance.

3. Feeding guide face: longitudinal guide based on V-V structure to expand span, the hollow structure of honeycomb is resistant against deformation, permanent and constant in accuracy.

4. Longitudinal feed handle: the drive strucutre is reliable and composed of ball screw and highly accurate hydraulic motor. It is equipped with safety gears to ensure that the handle can not rotate during automatic feeding, the handle can be manually operated by single operation.

5. Frame/sliding saddle/table: the extent of frame and extend of sliding saddle are fully maintained, the extension of table is minimized to provide full support and good resistance against deformation.

6. Countermeasures on dust removal/ waterproofing/ drainage: the removalbe cover below wheel head( that moves upward/downward with the head to prevent splashing of grinding fluid and chip), the dust cover on longitudianl guiding surface and so on are used to protect every part under strict circumstances.
