1.The major basic parts such as the lathe bed, lathe feet, the middle supporting plate, the spindle box are all made of HT300 cast iron. The whole lathe bed and the lathe feet are all adopt 45 degrees casting structure as a whole. The compact and reasonable symmetric structure ensures high rigidity and bending vibration performance of basic parts. In terms of lubrication, it adopts the Germany special lubricating oil of bearing, which greatly reduces the thermal deformation of spindle unit and improves the thermal stability and accuracy.
