basic parts, which guarantees the rigidity and precision of Z axis effectively when it is cutting. 

The castings adopt the type of resin sand molding and have been processed by the aging 

treatment, The guide rail surface of lathe bed adopts superaudio quenching and the penetration 

depth can reach to 2 mm, which provides the guarantee for the stability of lathe for a long time 

using.
