Shandong Highling Drege Co., Ltd. was established in 1992. Its branch is Shandong Haiyang Ore Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Over years of development, the company has been the largest production center of cutter suction dredgers, sand mining machinery and gold dredging machinery. To enlarge production, we have built Highling Dredge Machinery Co., Ltd. in Coastal Developing Zone in Weifang city, Shandong Province. With an area of more than two hundred acres, It owns blanking workshop, gold panning machinery processing workshop, machining workshop, anti-corrosion workshop, general assembly workshop, product debugging and testing center before ex-factory.

2. Introduction about cutter suction dredger

The dredger we produce is self-propelled or non self-propelled, portable cutter suction dredger. The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, which equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices. Generally, it has functions on dredging, conveying and discharging of mud and sand. It can produce certain amount of vacuum by the centrifugal pump.

The dredgers are equipped with world famous powerful Cummins engine, which are famous for its durability, lower oil consumption, standardized accessories and easy maintenance.

 6. Pipelines and floaters

Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or themselves. If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be custom made by suppliers. In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high container for shipping. 

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. That’s because pipelines can be bend for time saving. 

7. Testing center for ex-factory tested.

All of the products from Highling Dredge will be tested in the testing center before dismantle to the Tianjin Port. This is for performance testing and safety testing which like the products are working in the work site.

 8. Assembly & Staff Training

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.
