This ship is a small size bucket wheel dredger. It use bucket wheel to cut and break soil to form mud.

Then the mud is pumped by the dredge pump driven by the diesel engine and transported to the appointed

place. It is suitable for hard soil, such as clay,grit,fine sand and normal mud. The dredge pump and bucket

wheel use high wearable materials. Bucket wheel,spud lift and shift winches,ladder winch are all hydraulic

driven. The hydraulic system is controlled by electromagnetic directional valve. The driving devices of the

bucket wheel use lub oil and floating seal.

We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy Development

Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially, Qingzhou Factory is noted for

hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger

painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for shipping.

Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high quality

and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it works smoothly

when delivering to customers.

8.Installation site

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your staff to

debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

Detachable Structure

The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or moving from
