  1. Introduction of our products:

   The dredger we produce is self-propelled or non self-propelled,portable cutter suction dredger. The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, which equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices. Generally, it has functions on dredging, conveying and discharging of mud or sand. It can produce certain amount of vacuum by the centrifugal pump.

The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the gear down box.

The alternator driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies the electricity for the whole ship power and lighting.

The generator supplies the 

electricity for lighting and emergency use when the ship stops. 

The cutter (bucket wheel) is dirven by hydraulic motor, the cutter(bucket wheel) bear has lubrication seal device.

The dredger is moved by the alternate swing of the spuds. The spuds is lifted by the hydraulic cylinder.

The shifting winch,cutter(bucket wheel) ladder lifting winches fixed on the ship are driven by the hydraulic motor.

The hydraulic pump is driven by the auxiliary diesel engine

We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy Development Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially, Qingzhou Factory is noted for hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for shipping.

Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.

Shipping to the Tianjin Port

Our dredger will be dismantle for different parts and then shipping to the port. The dismantle structrue is convenient for transport in the working process if in different working sites.
